ABOUT
Ryan has a long history of audio and music production. His love for music really strengthened in high school, when he was introduced to the Digital Music classes at River Bluff High School in Lexington, SC. There, he discovered his passion for using his music as a tool for storytelling, by pairing it with visual mediums. He graduated with a newfound goal of working as a film composer.

In his four years at the University of South Carolina, Ryan wrote music to accompany over 30 short films, while also further exploring the avenues of Audio Engineering, Music Theory, Film Production, and all the ways they can be combined with his mentors: Jeff Francis, Dr. Fang Man and Dr. Julie Hubbert.

In Summer of 2019, Ryan was accepted and participated in
New York University's Steinhardt Screen Scoring Workshops for Film, TV, Video Game, and Advertising music production, receiving training and critique from a world class staff, industry professionals, and peers.

Today, Ryan continues to work on freelance projects while continuing to search for film, media projects, and other directions to take his music.
There is always more to learn, and much more to discover.
